The Opportunity: Objectives/Purpose: Collaborate on MDM Strategy for various Business Units and Business Functions. Partner with countries and key business stakeholders to identify changes in business and draft end user stories. Consult with architects, key business stakeholders, service providers, and IT management in design, planning, integration, expansion, problem determination, and resolution. Take ownership of innovation through sustain, product release & strategy, including third-party providers. Drive investigations, gain support, and implement MDM technologies that can provide business value.

Accountabilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks (Spark, PySpark)

- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data

- Work with Delta Lake and lakehouse architecture on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance and GxP standards

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Implement CI/CD, version control, and automation best practices

- Monitor, troubleshoot,



and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability

- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards

- Mentoring junior team members and driving engineering best practices

Preferred Education, Behavioral Competencies, and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field & 5+ years of experience in working with MDM technologies and solution design. 47 years of relevant experience

- Solid expertise in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, workflows)

- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing

- Experience with AWS and Airflow (S3, DAG , Lambda )

- Ability to design end-to-end data solutions and optimize performance

- Experience working in regulated environments (pharma/healthcare preferred)
