Looking for ASM with experience into secondary sales by converting project and consumer leads .
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Must have 4+ years experience in Handle channel sales operations and develop a high-performing dealer network in the assigned territory
- Follow the 5 ka Dum daily structure: meet at least 2 dealers, 1 architect, 1 contractor, and 1 government department every day, and capture visit feedback
- Drive secondary sales by converting project and consumer leads
- Ensure timely collections from all active channel partners
- Execute market mapping and monitor competitor trade schemes, pricing, and incentive trends
- Manage and improve product display at dealer counters to support sell-through and brand positioning
