Designation : Process Associate / Sr. Process Associate

Qualification : Any UG / PG degree

Experience : 0 - 2 Years (BPO domain experience with Excellent communication skill is more preferred)

Shift : US Shift ( 9.5 Hours of Work ) 5 days working (Two days Fixed Off)

Work Location : Coimbatore (Work from Office)

Job Description :-

- Effective English oral communication skills
- Excellent, analytical, listening, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills and excellent enthusiasm for helping customers
- Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
- Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business




- Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
- Competent in MS office and web browser environments
- Ability to continually display a positive attitude.
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
