Job Description Assistant Manager (PPC)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand.

- Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery requirements.

- Conduct daily Production Plan vs. Actual analysis and drive corrective actions.

- Execute MRP activities and ensure material availability.

- Monitor inventory levels and minimize excess and obsolete stock.

- Manage SAP PP/MM activities and planning master data.

- Lead Kanban implementation from Stores to Production and FG.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Dispatch, Production, QA, and Project teams.

- Conduct capacity planning and resource utilization studies.

- Prepare MIS reports on planning, inventory, and delivery performance.

- Support new project launches and engineering changes.

Qualification Experience

B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
812 years of experience in PPC, Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, or Automotive Manufacturing with robust SAP PP/MM exposure.
