We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in Azure DevOps services, focusing on automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Azure Automation Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing infrastructure automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide L1 and L2 support and participate in on-call rotations for Azure-hosted services.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to compute, networking, storage, identity, databases, and Kubernetes.

- Lead and participate in Major Incident bridges, publish timely communications, runbooks, and execute post-incident RCAs with corrective actions.

- Build and maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, and runbooks to identify and remediate recurring problems.

- Support, administer, and optimize Azure services including Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity, and Security.

- Implement security and compliance standards within automation scripts and cloud environments.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Azure DevOps services, focusing on automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Azure Automation Services.

- Solid understanding of Azure Platform Operations, including Compute,



Networking, Storage, Identity, and Security.

- Experience with Azure services such as VMs, Scale Sets, AKS, App Service Functions, VNetSubnets NSGs ASGs UDRs Private Endpoints Private Link ExpressRoute VPN Load Balancer Application Gateway Front Door DNS.

- Knowledge of Storage Data Azure Storage Blob File Queue Disk Cosmos DB SQL Database Managed Instance Redis Data Factory basics.

- Familiarity with Identity Security Microsoft Entra ID Azure AD RBAC PIM Conditional Access awareness Key Vault Managed Identities.

- Ability to lead the automation of cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible and Terraform.

- Continuous evaluation and improvement of existing automation processes to enhance reliability and efficiency.

- Mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members on Azure DevOps and automation tools.
