- Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, guiding them toward
suitable courses.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve admission targets.
- Conduct outbound calls to explain course offerings and career opportunities.
- Schedule counseling sessions and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve student engagement and
enrollment processes
