1. JOB PURPOSE

Managing, supervising the complete Loan disbursement and fund out process

Fund out process management

Any lending system knowledge preferable.,

Should have knowledge of KYC, HL & LAP Loan processing and collateral documents required

for Individual / Non Individual customers.

1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Managing, supervising the complete Loan disbursement Region and fund out process for secured loans

Responsible for smooth processing of files, post sanction & disbursing the loan.

Processing of files, which are in the operation queue and maintaining service qualities

Processing the files within the Turnaround time.

Ensuring all the teams productivity is as per defined matric.

Ensuring the First-time right percentage is high and NFTR is explainable and given as inputs for training.

Regular training for ops staff / front end staff members on ops requirement and alignment to recent changes

in product and processes.

Coordinate with stake holder for resolving operational issues ie IT, legal, compliance, etc.

Ensure Disbursement payments reconciliation.

Closure of GL open items, across all products with the defined Turnaround time.

Tracking of post disbursement pendency across products.

CKYC, UCIC, CERSAI registration tracking.





Documents check for storage check for imperfect, unavailable documents, indexing of complete dockets,

and send for storage.

Handle DSA/NON DSA pay-outs queries.

Should possess good communication and leadership skills

Should have the ability to drive operations processes across locations.

Working knowledge of excel/ v look up and power point is mandatory.

Process documentation and automation.

Inter departmental coordination.

2. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

Graduate , MBA Finance/ICWA/ CA inter

Functional Skills

Should be handling a team with DRs with scattered location.

Strong focus on compliance and controls in loan disbursements

Finnone LOS and LMS system knowledge.

Reconciliation and MIS reporting skills.

Good at mail with upward and downward communication.

Ready to travel in branches.

Relevant and total years of Experience

10+ yrs experience in operations from Nbfc / banks having handled MSME / Housing loans
