Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Analyst to support end-to-end tax compliance, reporting, and audit processes. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle GST compliances including return filing, reconciliations, and supporting audit requirements
- Assist in responding to departmental notices, assessments, and litigation matters
- Support Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and GST audits
- Perform monthly ledger and schedule reviews to identify discrepancies and risk areas
- Assist in tax planning initiatives and execution of tax strategies




- Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for compliance and advisory support
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in tax functions
- Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial and tax operations

Qualifications Experience

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CA / CS / CMA (Inter or Qualified) preferred
- 13 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and reporting
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws
- Exposure to audits, assessments, or litigation is an advantage
