Position: Executive / Sr. Executive

Location: Vadodara
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement of lab consumables, HPLC & GC analytical columns, and vials.
- Procurement of engineering instrumentation and related spares.
- Procurement of process instruments for API, Formulation, HVAC, and Process Filters.
- Floating inquiries to suitable vendors, evaluating techno-commercial offers, preparing cost comparisons, and conducting commercial negotiations.
- Taking complete ownership of release orders and ensuring timely execution.
- Preparing negotiation strategies based on purchase history and ensuring timely conversion of PR to PO.
- Following up with suppliers for on-time deliveries and resolving accounts, stores, and quality-related issues.
- Developing new vendors based on market credentials and technical capabilities.




- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintaining updated records of purchased products, deliveries, and invoices.
- Preparing MIS reports for pending indents, open purchase orders, and cost analysis.
- Ensuring timely issuance of Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) for lab consumables, HPLC & GC columns, and process instrumentation.

What We Are Looking For

Solid procurement and vendor management skills
Good understanding of techno-commercial evaluations and negotiations
Experience in engineering/instrumentation purchasing preferred
Ability to drive timely order execution and supplier coordination
