Role & responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance and audits
* Drive training and development (T&D;) plans across corporate and plant functions
* Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs
* Own performance management system (PMS) - goal setting, appraisals and cycles
* Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, LWF, PT and other labour law requirements
* Build and present HR MIS, dashboards and operational reports to leadership
Preferred candidate profile
* MBA/ PGDM in HR or equivalent from a recognized institute
* Must have worked in automotive corporate companies
* Solid hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance
* Proven track record in T&D;, PMS and employee engagement
* Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as HROne, Darwinbox, etc.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
