Role & responsibilities

1. To work as a single point of contact for patients and their families, addressing their concerns, enquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

2. To orient patient / patient families to the ward/room and the facilities available as and when patient get admitted ;

3. To ensure doctors rounds are done in time ; Update treating doctor about patients condition / changes.

4. To ensure necessary medicines are indented for the patient and medicines are administered in-time for every patient in the ward ;

5. To monitor the drugs are indented for the patient on a daily basis and ensure medicine returns are at minimal at the time of discharge.

To coordinate with all diagnostic services ; Raise procedure request in HIS and ensure that the procedure is done without delay , escalate if there is any delay in diagnostic procedure.

7. Follow-up on billing process once the patient is referred for discharge ; Ensure that the patient family has gone through the final bill and necessary clarity is given on the services billed.

8. To coordinate with support services such as Billing, Medical Transcription, Ambulance, services and ensure that services provided to the patients are hassle-free

Master In Hospital Administration qualified candidates with relevant experience can apply.
