- Daily creation of CKYC IDs with CERSAI.
- Implementation of all changes amended by the statutory body relating to CKYC well within the prescribed timelines.
- Vendor Management
- Publishing Various MIS related to CKYC.
- Identify need for business process change directly or in collaboration based on the inputs from internal audit report, quality control report & operational risk assessment.
- Obtaining inputs from all stakeholders through effective collaboration
- Lead all phases of project delivery representing interests of the Operations / Compliance / Audit / Operations Risk unit within the overall regulatory and internal guidelines
- Co-coordinating resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) for timely completion of BAUs.
- Monitoring project progress through timely and accurate status reporting, including risks,



issues, action items and change controls.
- Developing and maintaining project plans/timelines with timely escalations for appropriate interventions
- Leading/participating in meetings at the stakeholder, operational and project level
- Monitoring & resolving all the complaints/Queries related to CKYC, received from RBI, GRO or any other statutory body.
