Role Placement Coordinator

Objective Placement of Tata STRIVE learners

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic and administrative oversight
- Networking and Liasoning with State and National Level Employers
- Ensure over-all compliance to Program Guidelines and prescriptions
- Induction of Facilitators for the Placement opportunity & JD s.
- Update on Placement Performance
- Employer engagement with centers (SME Sessions, OJT & Content upgradation)
- Review and respond to escalated complaints and grievances - 100% placement assistance, 80% learner placement is minimum benchmark

- Capability to handle Placement partners for learner s placement
- Excellent networking skills.
- Robust leadership skills & Target oriented
- MS Office Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Open to travel

Reporting To Centre Manager

Location Bhubaneswar

Qualification MSW/ Post Graduate in HR

Desired Experience 3-4 years in placements
