Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily engineering activities.
- Ensure all engineering projects are completed according to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee training and development.
- Prepare engineering reports, KPIs, and project status updates for management.
- Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 58 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, utilities, or a related engineering workplace is preferred.
