Hiring Treasury Controller for a leading Global Captive Center in Bangalore

Role & responsibilities :

- Strategic treasury role
- To oversee global treasury operations, liquidity management, intercompany financing, FX exposure, and banking relationships
- Drive alignment across functions to support organizational financial objectives.
- To lead strategic financial operations and governance, ensuring strong controls, efficient processes, and high-quality reporting.
- Act as a key partner to leadership in driving financial performance and decision-making.
- Also responsible for global transition.
- Oversee day-to-day treasury operations including cash positioning, AP payments, and banking transactions with strong internal controls.
- Lead global cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital visibility; manage short-term funding and surplus cash investments.




- Partner with Global Treasurer and regional controllers to improve forecast accuracy and working capital visibility.
- Monitor all intercompany loans, notional pooling, and physical cash pool structures. Manage intercompany settlements and ensure timely interest accruals and reconciliations.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelors degree in commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in treasury management working with captive centres / GCC
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
- Knowledge of using Global ERP systems (SAP, Navision,

Oracle)

- Strong GL and month-end close expertise
- Robust Analytical and business judgments
- Advanced Excel and/or tools (Power BI, Hlookup, Vlookups)
- Strong Stakeholder communication
