Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Lead MERN Stack Developer to lead the development and scaling of a CRM and Operations Platform from scratch. The ideal candidate should be technically robust, capable of leading a team, making architectural decisions, and contributing actively to development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers.
- Design and develop scalable applications using the MERN stack.
- Own application architecture, performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
