Role & responsibilities

-It is a Work from Home process(WFH).

-Handle customer queries through both chat and voice support channels in a professional and courteous manner

-Help customers with orders,payments, delivery and other issues

-Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, empathic and solution oriented support.

-Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and data security while handling customer information.

Preferred candidate profile

-Exellent verbal communication skills in both hindi and English

-Strong customer service orientation with a positive and skilled attitude

- Willingness to work in Rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

- 9 hours rotational shifts

-Rotational week off

- No leaves for the first 90days

- Camera must remain ON throughout the 9 hour working shift as per the company policy

-Candidates must have his own laptop,wifi and powerbackup.
