Role & responsibilities Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management (Minimum 2+ years)

Strong experience in configuring Time Off and leave management processes

Hands-on experience with Time Sheet configuration and management

Knowledge of Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, and Time Profiles

Robust understanding of Time Valuation Rules and Attendance/Absence Management

Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment

Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects

Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Experience working with cross-functional teams (EC, Payroll, Integration)

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
