Key Responsibilities

Admission Counselors

- Counsel students and guide them on courses, universities, and admissions.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.

Immigration Sales Consultants

- Handle leads and guide clients on PR, Work Permit, Study Abroad, and Immigration options.
- Recommend suitable solutions and close sales.

Test Prep Counselors

- Counsel students on IELTS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, SAT, and PTE programs.
- Follow up and convert enrollments.

Telecalling Executives

- Make outbound calls, follow up on leads,



and schedule counselling appointments.
- Update CRM and convert leads into walk-ins.
- Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 per month based on experience and performance.

Trainers

- Conduct classroom and online sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, mock tests, and mentor students.
- Preference for trainers who can conduct Germany-focused sessions.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education, counselling, sales, telecalling, or training
Target-oriented mindset for sales and telecalling roles
Strong teaching and mentoring skills for trainer roles
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
