Accountant: Zoho Books | GST & TDS | Gurugram
We're hiring an Accountant to independently manage daily accounting in
Zoho Books bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, inventory accounting, and GST/TDS compliance.
Experience: 3-6 years | Full time | Flexi-Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Record daily transactions in Zoho Books (invoices, bills, expenses, journals)
- Bank reconciliations; resolve discrepancies
- Manage AP/AR vendor/customer ledgers, collections, ageing reports
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records
- Prepare GSTR-1/GSTR-3B data, ITC reconciliation, and TDS records
- Coordinate with Purchase & Sales teams, auditors, and consultants
Requirements
- B.Com / degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 - 6 years accounting experience; Zoho Books preferred
- Strong GST, TDS, and reconciliation knowledge; proficient in Excel/Sheets
