Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop & improve services providing Java build capabilities
- Build, maintain & automate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
- Collaborate across Dev, QA & Ops teams to resolve build issues
- Manage & optimize build systems and configuration management
- Monitor build processes, troubleshoot issues & ensure performance
- Maintain documentation, release notes & technical guides
- Stay updated on Konflux, cloud tech & software supply chain best practices
- Use internal tools (Jira, Slack) for collaboration
- Ensure security & integrity of the software supply chain

Required Skills

- 2+ years of Java development, packaging & releases using Maven
- 2+ years building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitHub Actions)
- Experience with Maven repos: Artifactory / Nexus
- Strong Git & SCM knowledge (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
- Understanding of cloud tech (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Tekton)
- Experience with Tekton or Argo Workflows
- Linux platform expertise
- Robust problem-solving & Agile experience

Nice to Have

- Experience with Gradle
- Delivering Java software in air-gapped or restricted environments
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Exposure to AI-based programming
