Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices in the real estate sector.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) that ensures consistency across all operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 10-19 years of experience in QA/QC or related field within the real estate industry.
- Robust understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and quality inspection principles.
- Proven track record of implementing effective QMS systems and improving operational performance.
