Role & responsibilities

- Prepare accurate architectural working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop GFC (Good for Construction), tender, and detailed construction drawings.
- Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.
- Revise drawings based on design changes and review comments.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project standards.
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and drawing registers.
- Support site teams by preparing clarification drawings whenever required.
- Verify drawing accuracy before issue and maintain quality standards.
- Meet project deadlines while handling multiple assignments efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.TECH,Diploma or ITI in Civil/Architectural Draftsmanship or equivalent qualification.
- 25 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp and Revit will be an advantage.
- Understanding of architectural construction details and working drawings.




- Familiarity with National Building Code (NBC) and building bye-laws.
- Strong attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional work ethic.
