Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth in the insurance industry.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying opportunities for new business development and upselling existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch current product offerings, promotions, and campaigns that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven marketing decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in field marketing or a related role within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing effective field sales plans and executing successful events/promotions.
- Robust understanding of the insurance industry landscape, including current trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with senior executives at target accounts.
