We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to spearhead the development of GREMI, our manufacturing intelligence platform. You will lead a lean, high-output team fostering a culture of "AI-first coding."

Your primary role is to act as a player-coach. You will spend 60% of your time on complex system architecture and team mentorship, and 40% on shipping mission-critical code. You will lead the AI-First Workflow with a high quality bar: defining how the team should use AI assistants to build high quality software.

The Tech Stack You'll Command:

- Data, Logic & ML: Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL (TimescaleDB), Prefect, dbt, MLflow, S3.

- ERP Integration: SAP (OData/REST/IDoc), Dynamics, ERPNext, Integration Suite, Schema Mapping.

- UX & Analytics: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, ECharts, Three.js, WebSockets.

What You Need (Requirements):

- The AI Edge: Proven experience using AI coding tools (Cursor,



Claude, ChatGPT) as a daily driver.

- Leadership Maturity: Experience managing or mentoring junior-to-mid-level engineers. You know how to unblock a team and conduct high-speed, high-quality code reviews.

- Architecture Depth: Deep knowledge of Python (FastAPI) and Next.js/React. You should be comfortable with complex data modeling, time-series databases, and asynchronous worker layers.

- Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, value "shipping over over-planning," and possess the grit required to build a "zero-to-one" product.

- Experience with Three.js or complex data visualization.

- Knowledge of DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
