Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Assist in organizing product launches, trade promotions, retail activations, sampling programmes, exhibitions, and chef collaborations.
- Travel across Kerala to support market visits, retailer engagements, events and brand activation programmes.




- Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Communications team in executing brand-building initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0-1year/s of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or communications. Relevant internships and live projects will also be considered.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing & content creation.
- Strong communication, coordination & organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace & collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala for marketing activities & field execution.
- Passion for food, brands & consumer marketing is an added advantage.
