About the Role

Shakya Consultants is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals for our UK IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) Voice Process. The role involves speaking with customers in the UK who are facing financial difficulties, understanding their situation, qualifying them for debt solutions, and transferring eligible customers to licensed debt advisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to UK customers using company-provided leads.
- Understand customers' financial situations through effective questioning.
- Explain the purpose of the call professionally and confidently.
- Qualify customers based on predefined IVA eligibility criteria.
- Handle objections and build rapport with customers.
- Maintain accurate call notes and update CRM after every interaction.
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Quality Analysts for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a professional attitude and excellent customer service throughout the conversation.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in International BPO, UK Voice Process, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent spoken English are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in UK IVA, Debt Management, Lead Generation, Insurance, Mortgage, or Financial Sales will be an added advantage.

- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- Undergraduate candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Age: 18 years and above.

Working Days & Shift

- Monday to Friday
- UK Shift
- Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
