Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze processes, and work closely with stakeholders to improve efficiency, support decision-making, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Create process flows, wireframes, and data models to support solution design
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements
- Facilitate meetings, workshops,



and requirement-gathering sessions
- Assist in change management and training related to current systems/processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar
- Experience with requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
