This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities :
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division's strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring sustainable deployment of the division's strategic plan. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities to drive profitable business growth.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business of process industries division in Bangalore Location.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end lead management process, from lead capture to opportunity creation, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline generation and conversion.
- Analyze lead behavior, account signals and campaign performance to improve lead quality, prioritization and conversion rates using a data-driven approach.
- Monitor and report funnel performance (leads, MQL, SQL, pipeline, conversion rates), proactively identifying gaps and leading improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across systems (Salesforce, Power BI, Monday.com), enabling accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Act as an AI subject-matter resource for the Marketing and Communications community,
translating AI capabilities into practical use cases and enabling team members to adopt AI-driven ways of working.
- Proactively share best practices, frameworks and learnings related to AI, analytics and automation through documentation, coaching and collaboration, strengthening overall digital and analytical maturity of the team.
- Support strategic campaign execution by providing insights on target accounts, audience engagement and content effectiveness.
- Acts as a key contributor to optimizing lead management, analytics, and digital performance across the marketing funnel.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications are an asset: Salesforce / CRM tools, Analytics tools (Power BI, Google Analytics), Exposure to AI / automation tools
- Solid understanding of lead management lifecycle (Lead MQL SQL Opportunity) and B2B customer journey
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI (or similar tools) for performance tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools, with a practical mindset to apply them in marketing and analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Marketing and Sales teams
- High attention to data quality, consistency, and governance across CRM and reporting systems
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, complex environment, managing priorities with a strong sense of ownership
- Solid understanding of B2B customer journey stages and campaign intent, and their impact on lead qualification and conversion.
