Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.
- Analyze test results using tools like Dynatrace, JMeter, Splunk to provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop reports on test findings and recommendations for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 6-16 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust expertise in performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Dynatrace, JMeter).
- Proficiency in analyzing log files, network traffic data, and other relevant metrics.
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
