Role & responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the jewellery store.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of jewellery collections.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and management for new arrivals and stock transfers.
- Ensure store cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase store sales.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
