Job Title: Project Coordinator (Interiors / Construction)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and follow up on action items.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
- Prepare project status reports and MIS.
- Ensure all project records are accurate and up to date.

Communication





- Serve as a point of contact between project stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to the project team.
- Escalate delays or challenges when required.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure project activities follow company processes and standards.
- Support risk management and issue resolution.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in project coordination or project management support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
