- Serve as a subject matter expert in UX design & research, and evangelize current trends and patterns in the design space.
- Facilitate ideation, design thinking and collaboration sessions.
- Coach & mentor team members on all aspects of design from methodologies to execution Lead the development of personas, user flows and scenarios, goal/task analyses, and other key tools of user-cantered design.
- Conduct usability testing and translate findings into product improvements. Work effectively and independently with stakeholders, subject matter experts and users.
- Degree in a Design discipline such as Human Computer Interaction, Product, Industrial, Digital design etc preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years experience as user experience designer,
exhibiting a valuable mix of user research, interaction design and visual design experience.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a team lead.
- Positive attitude to learning.
- Proficient in Figma including the Design Systems and other standard design tools.
