Role: US IT Recruiter

Location : Gurugram

Shifts: 9 PM to 6 AM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detailoriented US IT Recruiter with 14 years of experience to support our talent acquisition efforts for the US market. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closures. Prior experience in US staffing or IT hiring will be strongly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for US IT roles
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.), internal databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience,



and role fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling
- Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment trackers and ATS records
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future requirements
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Follow defined recruitment processes and meet hiring timelines and SLAs
- Collaborate closely with account managers, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements
