To drive initiatives aligned with business objectives to achieve leadership in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Management

Plan weekly branch visits and ensure monthly meetings at each branch; Scope RM/PB customers for leads or joint calls and utilize branch resources effectively; Review branch and resource performance, ensuring RM/PB activation; Document branch meetings and update CRM with lead follow-ups.

Lead generation/logins

Plan activities to ensure two calls and appointments daily; Communicate document requirements to customers and arrange pickups; Follow up on calls and verify document completeness.

Cross Selling

Act as a one-stop shop for Express OD clients, offering financial products like Insurance, CASA, and Credit Cards; Monitor and track leads for cross-selling opportunities.

Renewals





Work proactively on renewals for non-auto-renewed customers; Communicate document requirements and follow up twice weekly; Analyze financials, address issues, and process extensions for genuine delays.

Churn into WC account

Ensure all business churn is directed to HDFC Bank accounts post-disbursement; Address OBA waivers and inform customers about penalties for non-compliance.

Call Memos

Monitor Express OD accounts based on central triggers and ensure customer contact.

Delinquency management

Contact customers for interest servicing and send email communications; Conduct personal or joint visits with Credit Managers and ensure rigorous follow-ups.

Creating excitement in branches/spot

Organize sanctions, contests, and recognition programs to motivate branches.
