Job summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage all accounting activities, including financial reporting, MIS preparation, statutory compliance, TDS filings, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet finalization. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounts operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and expense tracking.

Prepare and present MIS reports for management review on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

Experience in handling statutory audits.

Good knowledge of fixed asset accounting.

Ensure timely and accurate TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliation of TDS liabilities.

Manage statutory compliances such as GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.





Perform bank reconciliations regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Monitor cash flow, maintain ledgers, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards and Taxation Laws.

Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP systems and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
