About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent applications that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
- Build and optimize AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Fine-tune and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications.
- Develop AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy through continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Deploy AI models using cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.




- Required Skills

- 14 years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Robust programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with RAG architecture and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, etc.).
- Understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrating AI services into applications.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI Agents and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
- Familiarity with computer vision or speech processing is an added advantage.
- Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
