Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop supplier development plans that align with business objectives.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., SPC reports) to optimize procurement strategies and reduce costs.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of MSA, SPC, and 7QC tools for quality control.
- Proven track record in developing effective supplier partnerships through collaboration and communication.
