We are seeking an Analog Reliability Validation Engineer with 3 4 years of experience to join the Design Enablement team. The role focuses on functional, structural, and aging based reliability validation of Analog IPs, along with integration testing across multiple IPs used in complex SoC architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform functional, structural, and reliability (aging) validation of Analog IPs including op-amps, current mirrors, voltage regulators, DACs, and ADCs.
2. Conduct integration testing of Analog IPs within mixed signal SoC environments.
3. Build and execute analog simulation testcases using industry standard tooling.
4. Work with Virtuoso schematic and simulation platforms for circuit level validation.
5. Use analog simulators such as Spectre, Finesim, and AFS for detailed device level analysis.
6. Execute aging simulations using HCI, BTI, and other reliability models to assess long term device behavior.
7. Perform parasitic extraction and validate post layout performance.
8. Collaborate with cross functional teams to debug issues, provide validation reports, and ensure IP readiness for SoC integration.

Required Skills:

1. 3 4 years of experience in Analog IP validation or design.
2.



Solid understanding of core analog circuits including op amps, mirrors, regulators, DACs/ADCs.
3. Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso schematic simulation environments.
4. Hands on experience with Spectre, Finesim, AFS, or equivalent analog simulators.
5. Knowledge of device aging mechanisms (HCI, BTI) and experience running aging analysis.
6. Understanding of parasitic extraction methodologies and post layout simulations.
7. Ability to create robust testcase environments for analog validation.
8. Robust communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience contributing to validation flows for production grade Analog IPs.
3. Familiarity with mixed signal SoC design/verification environments.
