- Manage a portfolio of secured loan customers, ensuring timely repayment and minimizing defaults.
- Identify new business opportunities through mortgage sales and cross-sell products to existing clients.
- Develop solid relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive lending landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in secured loan processing or related field (NBFC).
- Strong understanding of LAP loans, mortgage sales, and other types of secured loans.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship-building.
