- Develop recent products for construction chemicals, including adhesives, coatings, epoxy resins, grouts, and waterproofing solutions.
- Conduct research on existing products to improve their performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and meet customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in the building material industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of construction chemicals such as admixtures, flooring materials, protective coatings, etc.
- Proven track record of developing innovative products that meet customer requirements.
