Job Title: Remote Customer Representative (USA Market)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support for lighting and power outlet products (technical training will be provided).
- Handle cold calling and proactive calling to engage with customers.
- Manage and track deliveries, shipments, and customer inquiries using Odoo and Outlook.
- Coordinate daily with the Belgian and American team and report on progress.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with customers via email and calls.

Requirements:

- Fluent English with a USA-compatible accent.
- Experience in handling international clients, preferably in customer support or sales.
- Familiarity with Odoo, Outlook and Teams is a plus.
- Ability to work during USA business hours (Western Time Zone) while being based in India.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.

Work Policy:

- The employee must work from the office (Golf Course Road, Gurugram).
- As per company policy, employees can work from home up to 2 days per month
