We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing Real Estate team across Bidar. What Youll Do

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential buyers through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Customer Engagement: Brief customers on project details, USPs, floor plans, and pricing to help them make informed decisions.
- Site Visits: Organize and lead site visits, showcasing the property and its amenities to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Target Achievement:



Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead follow-up and negotiation.
- Deal Closing: Guide customers through the final documentation and payment processes to ensure smooth deal closures.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate / MBA / PGDM (Marketing/Sales preferred).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience (Experience in Real Estate or Insurance is a plus). Motivated Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to speak local languages is an advantage.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
