Job Summary

R.S. Agrawal Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Civil Engineer to manage project billing, quantity verification, and cost documentation for ongoing civil infrastructure projects. The candidate must have experience in government projects and also have excellent liaison and stakeholder management skills to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal project teams for smooth billing approvals and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and submit Client RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Prepare DPR for the project.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal departments to facilitate timely bill certification, approvals, and payment processing.
- Prepare and certify subcontractor/vendor bills based on executed work.
- Measure quantities from drawings and site execution.
- Prepare and reconcile BOQ, Quantity Statements, and Measurement Sheets.
- Maintain billing records, supporting documents, and Measurement Books (MB).
- Prepare quantity reconciliation and material reconciliation reports.




- Conduct rate analysis for non-BOQ and extra items.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, and payment terms.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on government infrastructure construction projects.
- 5-8 years of experience in billing, quantity surveying, or estimation for civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience in EPC, Infrastructure or Building Projects.
- Knowledge of CPWD, PWD or other standard specifications is an added advantage.
