Identify and onboard current recruiters for campus hiring.

Achieve annual placement targets in terms of student placements and recruiter participation.
Coordinate pre-placement talks, interviews, assessment centers, and hiring events.
Training & Student Development
Design and implement employability training programs covering aptitude, communication, soft skills, interview preparation, and professional development.
Assess skill gaps and create customized training interventions.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, resume-building workshops, and career guidance sessions.
Monitor student readiness and placement performance.
Industry Collaboration

Track industry trends and align training initiatives accordingly.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the Training & Placement team.
Set goals, KPIs, and performance standards for team members.
Coordinate with department heads, faculty members, and management.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain placement records, recruiter databases, and student profiles.
Prepare placement reports, MIS dashboards, and management presentations.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements.
