What you’ll do:

* Oversee classroom operations, LMS processes, and academic logistics

* Manage assessments, examinations, and attendance governance

* Drive service excellence for faculty and student support

* Use operational data and insights to continuously improve academic processes

Who we’re looking for:

Strong experience in academic/program operations or education management

Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

Mandatory requirement-

Prior experience in excel & Data management.
