Salesforce (D360) Data Cloud Consultant or Developer certification Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer I/II (nice to have) MuleSoft or Marketing Cloud certifications Agentforce flows, actions, topics, and secure data access patterns Cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, GCP, Azure) Python, Spark, or similar data engineering tools Experience in industries with complex data needs (Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Media) Background in marketing automation, customer analytics, or enterprise data platforms. Understanding of customer journey orchestration and personalization use cases Experience working in Agile or product-led delivery models
