Supratik Infra Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, construction monitoring, quality control, cost management, and timely project delivery.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage complete project lifecycle from planning to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and monitor project milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor RCC works, finishing works, MEP coordination, and site execution activities.
- Handle BOQ, estimation, billing verification, cost control, and resource planning.
- Ensure QA/QC standards, safety compliance, and construction quality.




- Track project progress through DPR, MIS reports, and site reviews.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion.

Preferred candidate profile

- Civil Engineering degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in real estate/construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, BOQ, estimation, and project scheduling.
- Experience in contractor management and site execution.
- Knowledge of MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Excel preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
