We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer-related operations, maintain records, handle data entry, and support office administration. The ideal candidate should have valuable computer skills, be organized, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced jewellery business environment.

Role & responsibilities

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, and stock records.
- Update customer and supplier information in the software.
- Generate reports using Excel and other business software.
- Maintain digital and physical documents in an organized manner.
- Handle billing, printing, scanning, and document filing.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and inventory teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with daily office administrative tasks.
- Perform other computer-related tasks assigned by management.
