Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization

- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop triggers, classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards.

Integrations

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, HRMS, external APIs).
- Work with middleware tools where required.

Data Management

- Perform data migration and data cleansing activities.
- Manage data imports/exports using Data Loader.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance.

DevOps & Deployment

- Manage deployments using Change Sets / DevOps tools.
- Work with version control systems (Git).
- Implement CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps or Salesforce DevOps Center.
- Support sandbox management and release cycles.

Security & Governance

- Implement role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
- Support audit requirements and access reviews.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.




- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model.
- Experience in deployment and release management.
- Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory preferred).
- Platform Developer II (good to have).
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong documentation practices.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

American Shift Requirements:

- This role requires availability for night shifts as needed to support global teams and ensure system maintenance during off-peak hours.
- Flexible to work during us time to support customers
- Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to varying schedules is essential.
